Should I Use an Auto Broker?

Auto brokers are becoming more and more popular because of the economy and consumers looking to obtain the most car for their hard earned dollars. The question is do you really save that much by using an auto broker or auto buying service? Yes and no, as there are many variables when it comes to savings and the type of vehicle you purchase.

Auto brokers can save you thousands of dollars and a substantial amount of time if you use them correctly. The unfortunate part of the auto brokers is one of their qualities, minimal overhead. Many auto brokers work out of their homes or have a small office and a skeleton staff.

This facet of the business will allow you to avoid paying excess fees and profits needed by the dealers to maintain operations. This trait may also become a difficulty for some car owners who have used an auto broker when having issues with the vehicle or more in particular the paperwork (financing, licensing etc.). Salespeople, F&I or product advisors are famous for helping their customers but neglecting the ones they don’t know. A question to ask yourself; Are you comfortable fending for yourself in the event of on forseen issues?

Auto brokers save you money, in most cases, but many times don’t have the capacity to assist you any further then the pricing. If you can save a substantial amount it may be worth while to use an auto broker and forgo the services provided by dealerships and their sales staff.

The savings you receive from using an auto broker can range from thousands less than what the dealerships charge, to actually costing more then what the dealers may offer, with a little negotiating. How can this happen? Easy. If you are able to save $500 off the sale price of a new car with a broker, and then are charged $500 for his services, your savings are effectively negated.

Auto brokers sometimes are able to purchase vehicles for the same or near what the dealers pay, and then pass the savings on to you for a fee. The most common brokers though only arrange a discounted price from an actual dealer. A brokerage or auto finder fee can range from a hundred dollars or so to upwards of a thousand dollars or more. The rate which you are charged is based on vehicle type, distance for delivery and of course size of discount they can obtain.

The other form of savings you can obtain from an auto broker is time. Most consumers spend an average of 22 hours researching vehicles they may wish to purchase. The actual dealership visitations will on average take approximately thirty two percent of that time or seven hours. What happens in those seven hours? Vehicle presentations, test drives and of course pricing / negotiations. Auto brokers many times cannot supply a consumer with any of these services except pricing / negotiations. Although, this can still save you on average 1 – 2.5 hours and of course the relief from a headache, which many can feel after being shown this offer and that offer, countering those offers and then finally agreeing to a compromised price.

The one facet of the pricing process that many times cannot be handled by an auto broker though, is the trade in vehicle value. Many brokers work from a remote location and are not able to physically appraise a vehicle and therefore are not able to give you an accurate value. If you are able to find a broker that is able to appraise trade in vehicles, they may come with a caveat for consumers. Is the value they are offering the true value, or are they trying to make a profit from that as well as charging you their fee? Some dealers do it why can’t they.

The only way to know for sure is to do your own research. Visit a few dealers and have appraisals done. What is the average value you have been given? That is the true wholesale value and probably the only surefire way for a consumer to be sure of a fair value. By doing this you may have also been able to begin a trusting relationship with a dealership and may not have to pay an auto broker after all, if you don’t see the value in their services anymore.

Whether you choose to use an auto broker or just rely solely on the sales people at a dealership, research is key. If you truly spend 20 hours compiling your researched information and because of that you save $800.00 off the price of a vehicle and another $600.00 on your trade in, combined you saved $1400.00, which equals $70.00 per every hour spent researching in your pocket. Even if you use an auto broker to save some aggravation and pay their fees of $250.00 that still means you made $57.50 per hour. Not a bad rate of pay by any standard, in my opinion.

Auto brokers work well for some and lessen the buying experience for others. It is truly up to the individual consumer which route best suits their needs and wants. By being diligent and not taking all advice at face value, will allow any consumer the advantage of deciding the proper way to save the most money and aggravation in their next car buying experience.

Want to Reduce Your Auto Insurance Costs? Let Me Count the Ways!

We all complain about the mounting cost of automobile insurance. So what are our options to lower our auto insurance expense? Take a look at the following list of opportunities to reduce your auto insurance.

1. Plan For And Include Auto Insurance Costs Into The Cost Of your Auto Purchase
To begin with, buying a car is a significant initial expense and auto insurance is a sizable subsequent expense in your ongoing cost of ownership. You should always look into what your insurance costs are going to be on any vehicle you consider buying.

2. Research Auto Insurance Rates On Different Makes And Models Before Buying Your Car.
Insurers rate vehicles on a risk scale based on statistics that cover a range of factors such as exposure to risk of injury or theft, vandalism, flashy or sporty vehicles, cost, cost to fix, past claims history, overall safety record, etc. The higher the risk, the higher the insurance premium. Many insurers offer discounts for low-risk vehicles such as sedans and station wagons. Check out this information with your state or provincial insurance agencies before you to decide what car to buy.

3. Research And Get Quotes From Several Insurance Agencies
Once you have decided on a make and model of car, the best way to make sure you are getting the most affordable price for your auto insurance policy is to do your research and compare, quotes. You should obtain a number of quotes from different insurers as coverage costs from one insurer to the next can vary by hundreds of dollars, and possibly thousands of dollars. Get at least three price quotes. Call insurers directly or get online quotes. Provide the same coverage, deductibles and limitations so you can compare apples with apples. Nowadays, comparison sites do all the legwork for you and provide competing rates side-by-side. Visit some of the sites advertised on my website listed below.

4. Save Money By Raising Your Deductibles
You can reduce your insurance premium considerably by increasing the deductible on the comprehensive and collision portion of your insurance policy. However, keep in mind that in the event you have an accident and file a claim, you will have to pay the deductible out of your own pocket. So make sure you can afford to do that. You can save 10 percent or more by increasing your deductible from say $500 to $1,000. If your claim is $2500 and your deductible is $1,000, you will pay $1,000 and your insurance company will pay $1500.

5. Save Money By Purchasing Home And Auto Insurance From the Same Insurer
Purchasing your home and automobile insurance policies with the same insurer may qualify you for a further discount, which may shave up to another 10% on both policies. Most insurers offer this saving as an incentive to get your home insurance business too.

.6 Save Money By Including All Vehicles Under The Same Policy
Similarly, many insurers offer a multi-auto discounts for those who insure more than one car on the same policy. You can save up to 10% by placing more than one vehicle under the same policy.

7. Save Money By Maintaining A Good Driving Record
Your driving record is a significant factor in determining your insurance rate. If you have a clean driving record (without accidents, traffic tickets, drunk driving convictions, etc.,) you may be eligible for further discounts on your auto insurance policy. A bad driving record can become very costly in terms of insurance premiums, as you may take three years or more to wipe out past misdemeanors off your record.

8. Save Money By Maintaining A Good Credit Record
Insurers are increasingly using credit information to price auto insurance policies. Developing and maintaining a solid credit history can reduce your insurance costs. To protect your credit status, pay your debts on time, don’t get more credit than you need and keep your debt balances as low as possible. Review your credit record often and ensure your record remains accurate by getting errors corrected promptly.

9. Save By Asking For Low Mileage Discounts
If you are retired, semi-retired, car-pool or use public transportation to go to work, and generally keep your annual car mileage as low as possible you may be eligible for a low-mileage discount. The low mileage limit is generally around 10k-12k miles per year depending on the state or province you live in.

10. Research Other Discounts
Other discounts may be available if you meet certain conditions. Examples may include age group, low mileage, occupation, if you install an alarm or other safety devices in your car, taken a defensive driving or drivers education course, are a member of an auto club, or loyal to the same auto insurance company for a number of years. These discounts vary by insurer.

11. Inquire about Group Insurance
Some insurers may offer discounts to drivers who obtain insurance through an employer provided group plan, through professional, business and alumni groups, or trade associations. Ask your employer and check with groups or clubs you are a member of to see if you are entitled to such discounts.

12. Drop Collision Coverage On An Older Car
If your car is 10 years or older, you may want to consider removing the collision coverage on your policy. Before you do this, you need to weigh the cost of the collision coverage with the value of your car and your chosen deductibles. For example, if you had a 12-year-old car that was worth about $1,000, and your deductible was $1,000, that collision coverage is worth zero. However, remember that you will have to bear the cost of repairs directly out of your pocket should you get into an accident.

13. Take Defensive Driver Training Courses
Safer drivers pay lower insurance rates. Taking state and/or insurer approved defensive driving courses in the past 3 years will get you reduced auto insurance premiums.

14. Install Safety And Anti-Theft Devices In Your Car
Insurers may give you discounts on your auto insurance if your car is equipped with one or more of the following options: Anti-lock brakes, automatic seat belts, and airbags. Similarly, anti-theft devices such as car alarms and tracking systems may also get you a discount because they reduce the chances of your car being stolen or vandalized.

15 Reduce Auto Insurance By Moving
If you move from urban big city traffic location to a rural area with little crime and traffic congestion, your premium will generally be lower. Of course, you would do this only if it is in keeping with other life-style decision factors.

16. Where Do You Park Your Car?
If you park your car in a garage, you may be entitled to a slight premium reduction. Cars parked in garages are less likely to be stolen, vandalized, or struck by other vehicles.

17. Develop A Relationship With Your Insurer
If you have been with one insurer for a long time, most will charge an existing client who has more than one recent claim less than they would a new client in the same situation.

18. Keep Your Insurer Up To Date
Make sure your insurance company always has correct and up-to-date information on file. For instance, if you relocate from an urban to a suburban or rural area, your rates may go down.

The key to auto insurance savings is not the discounts, but the final price. An insurer that offers few discounts may still have a lower overall price. The discounts listed may not be available in all states or provinces or from all insurance companies, so once again, it pays to do your research as the savings are just too significant to lose!

Things to Know About Modified Auto Insurance

There are many people who spend more time with their valued auto than they do with other people. These people have usually modified their auto in numerous ways depending on their specific interests. Modified auto owners spend hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars making their beloved auto the most special one on the road in their eyes. They get much gratification from this type of hobby even though they know that the more they specialize their vehicle the more the auto insurance will cost them if this vehicle is damaged in any way. But that doesn’t stop them.

Sometimes it is even hard to find an insurance company that will insure these types of vehicles even at higher rates. Most insurance coverage will recognize changes to the outside of an auto and will consider insuring them. They will also usually insure modifications to the in-car entertainment systems. The part of the modifications that seem to pose the most problems for modified auto owners is the engine modifications. When it comes to engine modifications that make an auto an extremely more powerful engine, tempting drivers to go faster on the road, some insurance company will not even consider offering quotes.

If small engine modifications are made you have a better change of procuring insurance for your modified auto; but, if you are a young driver you will not likely be able to find coverage for your high-powered modified auto with a lot of engine modifications simply to make your auto faster than anyone elses.

Determination of the amount of risk involved with the driver of a modified auto is decided on other factors also, including gender, income, the area where you live, your credit rating, your driving history to date, the amount of moving traffic violations you have received, etc.

There are two classes of modified autos. One is the “show” car which obviously would be a lesser risk as they are not usually driven on the road as much as a street auto. The insurance companies are usually more lenient regarding auto insurance rates for the show car for this reason alone. Also, they are usually stored to protect them and therefore not as likely to be stolen or damaged by vandals. This scores another point for the owner of a show car.

On the other hand, “street” cars are usually owned by a person who likes to show off his prized possession putting the auto at higher risk for accidents, theft, vandalism, etc. They are often driven in illegal street races, therefore their name of street cars. Also, because they are driven in these races there may be times when someone other than the owner would be driving the modified auto. The auto may not always be driven or kept in a safe place thereby putting it at even higher risk. These types of vehicles will always have high premiums but the owners live for the thrill of the ride and are not usually considering any costs if the auto is damaged in any way.

Owners of any type of modified vehicle will have to look harder for an insurance company that will insure them and charge the least amount possible for premiums but they can be found.

Massage in Bucharest

Recognize it! You’re busy! And so must be! That’s what life is like! But you want more than that, you want to do more for yourself and massage can help. Because massage makes more than a simple relaxation of the mind and body. It keeps your body in shape and gives you enough energy to make you enjoy a longer life better than you do it today.

Massage releases stress. At the moment, stress is a universal evil. Every time you are late, every time you avoid a car in traffic, every time you have trouble working, stress is doing his job. Each time adrenaline increases heart rate and cortisone levels and organs respond to the measure. You will be in a state of nerves and constant agitation.
When there is no release of stress, serious problems such as an upset stomach, hypertension, sleep disturbances, chest pain, or existing illness may worsen.

Some of the changes that may occur are: Anxiety, lack of concentration, depression, permanent fatigue, muscle or bone pain, sexual dysfunction, excessive sleep or insomnia

All these stress-related problems can be diminished and some can be totally eliminated by massage. The researchers concluded that a massage session can lower heart rate and blood pressure, relax your muscles and increase endorphin production. The massage also releases serotonin and dopamine and the result is a general relaxation, both physical and mental.
Our body care must be at the top of the priorities.
By adding the massage to your routine you will look much better and you will be much healthier and relaxed. Massage can improve your vitality and mood. Massage can prepare for a long and beautiful life.

Our masseuses personalize each massage session according to the needs of the individual.
Our massage parlors offer a variety of relaxation styles and techniques to help you. Apart from relaxing, massage can be a powerful ally in reducing pain, increasing energy levels, improving mental and physical performance

We recommend : HotAngels , VipZone , JadePalace , ThaiPassion

After a massage session, you will see how the mental prospects are enriched, the body allows easier handling, better pressure resistance, relaxation and mental alertness, calm and creative thinking.
When you have the impression or force yourself to stay straight, your body is not actually aligned properly. Not only does the posture look bad, but it forces some of the muscles to go muddy all day, while others become weaker. After a long time, the incorrect position may cause other drops. For example, internal organs press on what affects digestion, breathing ability is also diminished, which means that much less blood and oxygen reaches the brain and hence all sorts of other complications.

Massage allows you to return your body to the track. Allowing the body to make healthy and accurate movements is one of the greatest benefits of massage. Massage can relax and restore muscles injured by bad posture, allowing the body to position itself in a natural, painless position.
Apart from posture, there is also anxiety. One of the signs of anxiety and stress can also be heavy breathing. When the body begins to breathe too little and deeply instead of breathing at a natural rithm, it is impossible for one to relax. One reason may also be that the chest muscles and the abdomen get tightened and the air gets harder.

Massage plays an important role in learning the body how to relax and how to improve breathing. Respiratory problems such as allergies, sinuses, asthma or bronchitis are a group of conditions that can benefit from massage. In fact, massage can have a positive impact on respiratory function.

Many of the muscles in the front and back of the upper part of the body are breathing accessory. When these muscles are tight and shorten they can block normal breathing and interrupt effective breathing natural rithm. Massage techniques for stretching and relaxing these muscles improves breathing function and breathability. Massage leads to an opening of the chest as well as structural alignment and nerve dilatation that are required for optimal pulmonary function. A good way to treat respiratory problems with massage is the taping made in Swedish massage. When done on the back, along with vibrations, it can detach the mucus from the lungs and can clean the airways for better later function.

Massage not only relaxes muscles, but helps people become aware of daily stress levels. Once the body recognizes what really means relaxation, the mind can rest easily relax before the stress becomes cornice and harmful. This will help you enjoy a balanced life. Massage controls breathing, allows the mind to re-create relaxation before the occurrence of chronic and harmful stress and increases the level of energy.
